Property. Miguel takes care of all marketing, including newspaper,
Magazine publications, internet related advertising projects at
www.sellingorlandonow.com and freehousefind.com as well as unique campaigns that are created and designed on an as needed basis to suit our client's individual needs. In addition, Miguel keeps sellers informed about showings and handles all questions and tasks prior to the acceptance of an agreement of sale. Miguel assists all members of the team, keeping us efficient and on top of our production goals. Miguel’s knowledge and positive mental attitude make him an invaluable asset to our clients and our team.

Transaction Coordinator Manager:

Tricia Curl will coordinate and assist our buyers and sellers
From the acceptance of an Agreement of Sale through closing. She
Handles all home inspection negotiations and coordinates with all the parties involved in the sale of your home. Escrow, Title, Appraisal, Termite, Inspection, Lender, Buyer, Seller, Listing and Buyer Agents are just a few of the many people she contacts on your behalf. There are approximately 23 people to coordinate with in a transaction and Tricia will keep everyone informed during the settlement process.

Customer Service Manager / Telemarketing Specialist:

Karrol Lloyd will work diligently to make sure all our clients are kept up to date as to what we have done to sell there homes and update them as to any new market updates as they arrive. Karrol also spends most of her days matching buyers for our listings and setting appointments for showings and to get more signs on the street. Karrol has a full understanding that the more for sale signs we have the more potential buyer sign calls and the better chance it gives us to sell your home. She consults the team and the clients daily on the latest market updates.

 The Buyer Specialist:

Ron Randolph will work with our buyers to find their perfect home or
Full understanding of their needs. He will then search those homes
That fit the buyers’ criteria, always showing your home first. Ron's

Team Listing Coordinator /Client Coordinator:

Jill DeNucci She handles all coordination of making sure our listings are all up to selling standards. Coordinates any work necessary with the contractors.  Jill also makes sure all starter pictures and measurements are done so we never waste any time marketing our listing. Jill handles any special request of our clients. She also assists Miguel to make sure we cover all bases with our paperwork.

Team Chief Financial Officer / Team Accounting:

Thao Ucci is responsible for accounts receivable and payable and
Manages our staff. She tracks all sales numbers to keep our team on
Top and focused on our goals.
